The Bridge Episode 17: Sports journalist Jason Keidel joins the show to talk sports media, the MLB postseason and the Fall Classic

Did you miss me?

Well, now that my writing at Bleacher Report has died down with the end of the MLB season, it’s time to dust off the cobwebs from my equipment and get back to another episode of The Bridge.

This installment kicks off with a brief summary about the World Series, which the Kansas City Royals won over the New York Mets, four games to one.

After a quick rant about that, you’re in for a treat. I had the chance to chat with Jason Keidel, a sports journalist for WFAN, CBS, CBS Local Sports, and CBSSports.coms. You can check out some of his work here and follow him on Twitter @JasonKeidel.

Jason’s story about becoming a sports journalist is fascinating and his advice for aspiring writers and anyone interested in following their dreams is a must-listen.

After that, we’ll chat about some of the bigger storylines from the 2015 MLB postseason and then touch on some things from the World Series.

I know, this is indeed my longest podcast, but hey, it’s no worse than the length of content that you’ll get at the Four-Letter Network. Trust me, it will definitely be worth your time, but thank you for listening in advance.
