The Bridge Ep. 41: Jack Curry of the YES Network joins the show to recap the 2016 season for the New York Yankees

The New York Yankees had their season end in disappointment after not making the postseason for the third time in the last four years. The Bronx Bombers finished fourth in the American League East with an 84-78 record, and have not won a playoff series since 2012. But as the saying goes, it can only get worse before it gets better. Out with the old, in with the new. You know the drill.

If anything, the younger call-ups provided the team a much needed spark for the second half of the season and put the team in the discussion for a playoff spot. The future certainly looks much brighter than it has in recent seasons, and we’ve got just the guest to talk about it.

Before we get into Episode 41, as a reminder, The Bridge is now broadcast as a one hour radio show every Wednesday night on Sports Radio America, starting at 7 ET. Once the dust settles from that live broadcast, the show is released as a podcast on iTunes and this website on Friday night.
